Winter is coming!!...

Oh how true is that statement, well it is here in scotland, its freezing cold, wet, windy and just generally horrible, me no likey!!
Well Ive got a card today to share that fits in perfectly with our weather. I made it for the TOMIC challenge which was a sketch to follow and to use fall colours, which was the perfect excuse to use my new mme pad, so sophie. The lace was a gift from my lovely friend sara (xx), the roses are a mixture of handrolled and woc, and Ive plastered lots of iridescent medium on the card too.

A gift box card

Hi, hope everyone is ok, today I have my DT card for Paper Sundaes to share with you, our challenge for this week is to decorate the inside and we are sponsored by My Favorite Things. I decided to make a gift box card, otherwise known as a tea light candle card.

I saw one on newbie blogger Shell's blog and I thought it fitted perfectly with the theme of decorate inside. You should pop over to her blog and have a look at her creations they are fab.

I finally found a tutorial on Kylie's blog, but once I cut it all out and scored all the folds I decided, at 10-30pm, to jiggle the sizes and make my one a bit bigger. Needless to say it took me to 1-30am to get it all cut, scored and covered, and  I then decide I need to have a cherry charm which of course I dont have so here I am searching ebay at 2 in the morning for a cherry charm!! lol I managed to get one, and it was delivered the following day!

So anyway, enough of me babbling on, heres my card, and I hope you can join us this week.

Sorry but its picture overload!

Still with me?!!
