'For a Special Lady' At Dream Valley

Hi again, I am back with my second dt card for today, this time its for Dream Valley and we are sponsored this week by the gorgeous, very talented lovely girlie that is Krista Smith of Saturated Canary. Our theme is 'For A Special Lady'

Krista very generously gave each of the dt members an image of our choice, now I chose Dreads are Awesome, but when I went to print it off, guess what? NO INK!!!! so I had to use one of the (many!)one's that I already had printed off. So I used Rapunzel A princess instead. Oh boy did I have fun colouring her hair!!

Apple Blossom...

Hi lovelies, well what am I like, no posts for a week then 3 in a row! I think because I didn't make anything last weeks I have gone a bit mad this week. 

Thank you for all the lovely sweet comments about Alex not feeling well, he is better today because as I am typing this he is running around the lounge like a loony! I have left them watching Disney cars on DVD, so I think they are playing race cars. I have another fab pic to share with you of the 3 of them together. Meghan has figured out how to work the timer button on her fancy camera and I came across this pic the other day,

I love this cutie patootie! she was a joy to colour, and as you can see I've gone back to my fav colour at the moment of peach. And i have used more of that gorgeous lush lace, I have another 2 metres on order from eBay as I love the vintage shabby chic look it gives. I am right into shabby chic at the mo, love it. I have another card to show you tomorrow, then that will be all till Sunday. I am not expecting to get much crafting done at the weekend as I will be helping hubby build my new craft room! yes that's right Im getting a craft room!!!! yaaaay

Paddling Tilda!

Good morning lovelies! how are you all? I am sorry I have been AWOL for a week, I haven't been feeling too great. I am not sure what I had, it was some sort of viral infection that gave me a constant sore head for 4 days, sneezing a lot and tickly throat. I could have slept for Scotland too. But I am feeling better today, but I think Alex may have picked it up too, hopefully it wont last long.

I found out this morning that I got top 5 over at Fashionista Challenge, there is a twist with this lovely challenge, the top 5 are picked by the dt, then YOU all get to vote for the peoples choice. Isnt that a fab idea, its a difficult choice though as the other girlies creations are gorgeous.

I also won a GDT spot for the challenge too, yaaay!

Before I go i thought I would share a pic of Alex with his new glsses. He has been diagnosed with an astigmatism of his right eye, and has to wear glasses to correct it. He wasnt very happy about them but he decided if Harry Potter wears them then it must be ok! lol

A baby gift set

Morning everyone, boy is it a chilly one again today, I am not sure if I have a cold or if its my hayfever starting but I cant stop sneezing and having to blow my nose every 2 mins. I also have a sore throat too :o(

I thought I would share the rest of the gift set I made for my next door neighbours. I showed you the card on sunday, so here is the rest of the set I managed to get it all finished last night. I made a little frame and matching gift bag.

Good morning!!

How are you all today, well the weather was fab here yesterday after a horrible wet start, lets hope its the same today. On another note still no wallpapering done yet!! lol

California Girl....

Afternoon everyone, I hope you all had a fab easter and are not feeling too sick after all that yummy chocolate and other goodies! My kitchen shelves are groaning with chocolate eggs! lol

Update on dt cards and wallpapering, I have managed to get quite a few dt cards made so I am pleased with that, as for the wallpapering, nope none done yet! but I still have another week!! lol

I have managed to have a little play with another saturated canary image, this one is California girl, what a figure she has wow!! and lots of lovely hair to colour too, yaaay

I seem to be stuck in a rut with peachy colours at the moment, I blame it on the mme papers I am using. the pads I have are be happy and howdy doody, OMG the colours are so beautiful I just love them so much
