Paddling Tilda!

Good morning lovelies! how are you all? I am sorry I have been AWOL for a week, I haven't been feeling too great. I am not sure what I had, it was some sort of viral infection that gave me a constant sore head for 4 days, sneezing a lot and tickly throat. I could have slept for Scotland too. But I am feeling better today, but I think Alex may have picked it up too, hopefully it wont last long.

I found out this morning that I got top 5 over at Fashionista Challenge, there is a twist with this lovely challenge, the top 5 are picked by the dt, then YOU all get to vote for the peoples choice. Isnt that a fab idea, its a difficult choice though as the other girlies creations are gorgeous.
I also won a GDT spot for the challenge too, yaaay!

Before I show you my card, I wanted to remind everyone that Lovely hAnglar has become Lovely hAnglar and Sweet Magnolia, YES you can now enter your magnolia creations too. We have some fab prizes, so come on, join in the fun!!

I really didnt feel like making anything last week and I have had this little cutie on my desk all coloured in and papers picked out just waiting to be made into a card, So I got busy last night and did just that, and here it is..

Card recipe
paddling tilda(?) - latest club kit
papers - prima fairy belle
lace - ebay (ooooh so so pretty, I need more!!)
flowers - woc
shells - the works (3 for 2 on mini shells, fab for stamp kit)
heart charm and pink bead - from a necklace, I pulled it apart for the charms lol!!

Entering into the following challenges
Charisma Cardz - shabby chic
Creatalicious - flowers and butterflies
bunny zoes - ribbon or twine
make it monday - anything goes linky party

Before I go i thought I would share a pic of Alex with his new glsses. He has been diagnosed with an astigmatism of his right eye, and has to wear glasses to correct it. He wasnt very happy about them but he decided if Harry Potter wears them then it must be ok! lol

Hi Kat, you know I was just wondering yesterday if everything was OK with you as I realised I'd not seen a blog post for ages, popped over to see if blogger was playing up on me and realised you'd not posted for a week!

So glad you are feeling better and back with such a gorgeous card! Love the embellies - 'specially the seashells!!!

Really cute image and great colouring.

And Alex is just adorable!!! Personally I think that only the most clever, fashionable, marvellous people wear glasses (I wear them myself so I'm no way biased!!).
