Rose... in blue.

Hi dearest bloggers, sorry for the absence, Ive been neglecting my blog of late and I sorry, just trying to get into routine with dt cards and school/nursery and general day to day life. But I have been having to deal with sick children  too,( oh the joys of going back to school/nursery and picking up every bug thats going! lol).

I have a lovely card to share you today, I am rather pleased with the colouring. I used prismas and followed a tutorial that I found HERE. I have to say this wonderful lady is amazing, she has some of the best tutorials I have ever seen on colouring and she explains everything so well.
Although I love the colouring I am not so sure about the card, I feel something is missing, what do you think?

flowers - mix of woc and some from my lovely friend sara,

Hi Kat, what wonderful colours and wonderful colouring!! Thanks for the link, have added it to my favourites and will have a wander around later, think I need to look at her tutorials! Don't think the card needs anything else, it's gorgeous. Know what you mean about dealing with sick children (or child in my case!). Doesn't feel like Emily's been at school at all - a week off for C Pox and now two days for a stomach bug, wonder what else she'll bring home!! Sarah

Hi Kat. The colouring is absolutely gorgeous. Am off to check out the tutorial after this. I think the card looks great but if you feel it is missing something, maybe try a deep blue colour for the mounts!
